Where do your fitness classes take place?
Our fitness classes take place in various south Dublin based locations in Dublin 14, Dublin 16, Dublin 18, D14, D16, D18:
1. Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Dublin 18 (close to Sandyford Industrial Estate).
2. Taney Parish Centre, Dundrum, Dublin 16, D16, a few mintes walk from Dundrum LUAS bridge.
3. Three Rock Rovers Hockey Club, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, D14, beside Marlay Park.
4. Central Park, Leopardstown, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, D18.

What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm. Please leave a message on the answering machine with your name, telephone number and reason for your call or send us an e-mail via our contact form.

How many participants are in a class?
There is a maximum of 7-10 class participants per class. We made a conscious decision to keep our classes small.

Where do I find a health screening form?
You will have to fill out a health screening form before you attend your first class or personal training session. Please fill it out at home and bring it along.

Do I need to bring a Pilates, Yoga or Exercise Mat?
Yes, class participants need to bring their own mat, due to hygiene reasons and to keep the class space clean and tidy and our customers happy (shoes are left at the door, no shoes in the class room please).
We provide special Pilates Mats, 10mm thick, which give you that extra bit of comfort for exercises that are done lying on your back or for rolling moves, for €25.

Do you do Men Only Pilates Classes or Mens Pilates Classes?
Yes, we offer two “Men Only Core Conditioning and Pilates Classes” on Tuesday 6pm-7pm and Tuesday 8.15pm-9.15pm.

Is it possible to “pay as I go”, “pay per class” or do “Drop-Ins”?
Yes, you can do Drop-In’s, if there is availability. Please book your class online at our fitness class timetable or call 086-1736720 to check availability at least one to two days in advance. We will confirm availability. The “Pay As You Go” or “Drop-In” option ie €14 per Pilates or Mens Core Pilates class.

Do you offer Over 55s, Over 60s or Active Retirement Fitness Classes?
Yes, we offer various mid morning fitness and exercises classes for over 55s, over 60s and other individuals who are retired. Please call 086-1736720 for further information.

Do you have someone who treats sport or general injuries?
Yes, three of our therapists treat injuries including Siobhan O’Reilly and Barry Kirwan. All are qualified and insured and have several years of experience in their respective fields.

What Toning and Weight Loss Classes do you offer?
Our Kettlebell Fitness Classes run everyday. Please check out our Timetable. Kettlebell classes allow you to boost your general fitness, strength and to tone-up, as you are able to challenge the body in various ways.

We understand your plans may change. With that in mind, Fitnecise Coaching has a very simple cancellation policy: Just cancel your booking via your online account 24 hours prior to the class and you will get your class credit refunded. Remaining class credits can be seen in your online account > “Your Prepaid Credits” > “Credits Left” > “Credits Used”.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund class credits if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the class or in the event of a no-show.
All classes are subject to cancellation due to low participation numbers and are subject to change in class format, instructor, and class time as needed. When possible, Fitnecise Coaching will notify customers in advance of pending class cancellations or changes. Customers class credits will be refunded or customers will be given the option of booking another class.
