Well done to this morning class participants especially to our 60+ year old super fit, full of energy mum and granny. She loved the TRX Suspension Training Push-Up.
Another morning fitness class – conditioning and toning focused just finished. We use our TRX Suspension Training equipment – see pictures, Kettlebells, rowing machine, Swiss Balls, Power Blocks etc.
Our morning fitness classes take place Monday to Friday 9.45am-10.45am. You can try the classes for 4 week for euro 40. This offer will last just a few more weeks, depending on demand. We teach various Pilates Classes (levels beginners, intermediate to advanced) and Legs, Bums, Tums which are Circuit Training based.
