I’m back from holidays 🙂 two weeks flew by far to fast. I managed to squeeze in a few Body-Weight Workouts that included TRX Suspension Work in the shed and garden of my father. It made me aware again of how little equipment we actually need to stay fit, all I needed and could find was a old wooden stool, my TRX that I hung on a crossbar in the shed … that’s it.

local lakes, Road Cycling, Mountain Biking, Hill Walking, Cross Country or Alpine Skiing etc. etc.
The picture above was taken at Titisee-Neustadt (in the area of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany), below a Google link with more pictures of the area.
Give me a call if you plan to travel to the South West of Germany for some tips what to see e.g. Burg Hohenzollern, Freiburg, Basel, Feldberg, Rottweil etc. etc.
