Our Fitness Classes include:
- Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates Classes
- Men Only Core Strength – Pilates Combination Classes
- Unlimited Morning Fitness Classes
- Various Evening Classes options
- We use small equipment e.g. Pilates Balls, Pilates Rings, Pilates Foam Rollers,
GymSticks, small hand weights, Resistance Bands etc. to keep the classes interesting and varied. - Boot Camp Classes in Loreto Park
- Back Care Classes are planned for either late 2012, early 2013.
- Circuit Training Classes (Morning and Evening)
