HITT High Intensity Interval Training Power Circuits Tabata Baseline Measurements Fitnecise Studio with Martin 1Here the some of the results of our initial baseline measurements of two HIIT Circuits. We did something similar a few months back, but didn’t keep track of the results.

The goal is to do several circuits of the same 4-5 movements as quick as possible with minimal breaks in between and either
1. increase the weights you use or
2. reduce the time you need to do the sequence.

The first sequence include more compound – multi joint exercises – focusing on the BIG muscle groups, HITT High Intensity Interval Training Power Circuits Tabata Baseline Measurements Fitnecise Studio with Martin 2the second sequence focuses a bit more on core strength.

Lets see how we get on with this in the next few weeks.

+++ Keep in mind +++ you are only competing with yourself, as you don’t have any influence on what they other guys do or don’t do in between. Help each other out – encourage each other to Get Stronger – Faster – Fitter – Learner !
Well Done Guys !!!
