Our new set of Fitness and Pilates Classes restart next week, during the week of Monday the 9th September 2013.
South Dublin Fitness Classes include:
- Lunchtime Kettlebell Classes
- NEW Yoga Classes – Tuesday 11am and Thursday 6.15pm
- more WoW Classes – Women Only Weight Training for Weight Loss, Toning
- NEW Capoeira for Adults and Kids – Monday afternoon / evening
- Morning and Evening Pilates
- Kids YOGA on Saturday Morning NEW
- Power Circuits – we use Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, Dumb Bells etc. to get and keep you fit.
- OVER 60s Pilates
- Pilates Introduction on Saturday 12.30pm
