Men Only Pilates – Core Strength - Tuesday 6pm-7pm
Mixed to Intermediate Level Pilates - Tuesday 7.15pm-8.15pm
Beginner Level Pilates - Tuesday 8.30pm-9.30pm
Mixed to Intermediate Level Pilates - Wednesday 5.30pm-6.30pm
