A new Beginners Pilates Course will start next Tuesday evening 7.15pm-8.3pm in South Dublin, Churchtown – Fitnecise Studios.
This Pilates Course is for complete Beginners or those who only did a few classes of Pilates exercises before.
You will learn the basics e.g.
1. Neutral Spine
2. Lateral Breathing
3. Core / TVA Contraction
and various core strengthening, tummy toning and back strengthening exercises.
Those Pilates exercises will also help you to improve posture, if you do them regularly e.g. before breakfast or just after coming back from work when all your back, neck and shoulder muscles a tight.
It will help you to loosen and relax those areas and, as mentioned before, is great for toning e.g. your tummy, legs and abs.
