Join one of our Pilates and Fitness Classes in south Dublin – which start 4th 5th 6th November 2013 and run throughout November and December 2013.
There is a maximum of 8-10 participants per class, which guarantees more individual attention, various small equipment e.g. Pilates Rings, Pilates Balls, Foam Rollers, Pilates Gym Sticks will be introduced to keep the classes varied and interesting.
There are a few places left in the following Pilates classes:
__ 1. Pilates Beginners Level – Tuesday Evening 7.15pm-8.15pm
__ 2. Pilates Beginners Level – Wednesday Evening 6pm-7pm
__ 3. Pilates Intermediate Level – Tuesday 6pm-7pm or Wednesday 7.15pm-8.15pm
