Join one of our – NEW Kettlebell Introduction and Kettlebell Basics Classes in South Dublin.
We introduce two additional Kettlebell classes to our Fitness Class Timetable in our Dublin based Fitnecise studio, due to increasing demand and the need to differentiate between a general, a progression, intermediate Kettlebell class and a Beginners Kettlebell Class.

This is part of our commitment to our “Quality over Quantity” approach.
The Kettlebell Introduction Classes take place:

• Monday 6pm-6.45pm
• Wednesday 11.15am-11.45am

There is a maximum of 4-5 participants per Introduction Class. We intentionally keep class numbers small, allowing you learn the most during those classes, keeping safety, proper alignment and proper technique in mind.
I strongly believe that everybody should learn proper technique first, before increasing the number of repetitions, sets and before using heavier Kettlebells.
