Interesting conclusions … it raises for me once more the question “Whom do we believe?” and “What do we believe to be right?”. Even further you could question and “How does this belief impact our health?” … think placebo effect.
Just one other general comments – a high fat (healthy fats), high protein, high veg consumption, low “refined” carbohydrates diet works for me. I changed my diet 2.5 years back and have never eaten so much fat and protein in my life before and reduced my body-fat drastically, with out changing the way I exercises. I’m not saying it will work for everybody, but it worked for me very well.
Keep in mind everybody is different and reacts to various foods in different ways.
