Since around March 2013 you are able to leave  “reviews” and “feedback” for our fitness classes after attending one of our classes via our online class booking system

I can’t say how much I appreciate reading something like this. It shows me that Karen (one of my colleagues and fellow Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainers) and myself are doing the right thing.

We want to emphasize – Quality over Quantity. Our Pilates and Fitness Classes are reasonable small with a maximum of 8-10 participants and we want to keep it like this, as mentioned in a recent post “Small Pilates Class – Policy in South Dublin Studio“.

Part of this policy is to have 15min “change-over-time” between fitness classes, e.g. Pilates takes place 6pm-7pm – so you get your full hour class, then we break and the next class starts at 7.15pm.
This allows you to ask questions or have a brief chat about something that is relevant to you.

I hope you enjoy the classes as much as we do, as we generally aim to get to know you that little bit more, so we are able to make our fitness classes more specific to your needs, goals and objectives.
