Classes include: Bootcamp, Pilates, Prenatal Pilates, Circuit Training, Legs – Bums Tums, Core Strength – Men Only Pilates Flexibility Combo etc. - We use the following equipment during our fitness class and personal training sessions e.g. Concept II rowing machine, medicine balls, dumb bells, weights, Pilates Balls, medicine balls, Pilates Rings, Kettlebells etc.
