There won’t be any classes on that Monday, as it is a Bank Holiday Monday.

Our Fitnecise Studio – Fitness Classes include:

  1. Pilates Classes
  2. WoW – Women Only Weights
    for Toning and Weight Loss
  3. Yoga for Athletes with Nicole
    starts the following week Thursday 7th November
  4. Men Only Core Conditioning and Pilates
    Combining traditional Pilates Moves, Mobility, Flexibility – Gym Like Core Work to prevent injuries and add all over strength.
  5. Kettlebell Classes will start most likely in November
    dates will have to be confirmed.
  6. Tai Chi for Health and Well Being
    with Barry Kirwan started Monday 21st October 2013

Pilates on Wednesday Evening with Karen in South Dublin

Pilates in South Dublin with Karen Churchtown Beginners and Intermediate Level - Dublin 14, 16 close to Dundrum and RathfarnahmKaren Watkins started recently to teach two additional Pilates Classes in our South Dublin based Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown Village.

She is teaching since nearly three years a Wednesday morning Pilates class (she started in our previous Pilates in Studio in Nutgrove Office Park) – the class participants love her class so much that some participants only come along to her class.

Join one of those Wednesday Morning or  Evening Pilates Classes:

  1. 9.45am-10.45 Morning Pilates – Mixed to Intermediate Level
  2. 6pm-7pm Evening Pilates – Beginners Level

Credit Cards are now accepted for fitness class payments … in South Dublin

You can now pay for our Fitness and Exercise Classes with Credit Cards e.g. VISA Card or Master Card From today onward you are able to pay with your credit card VISA Card or Master Card. This includes payments for most Fitness Classes e.g. Pilates, WoW Women Only Weight Training, 9.45am Morning Fitness – Pilates Classes and Personal Training Sessions.
There will be a small credit card fee for this transaction.

Payments for classes taught by non-Fitnecise Studio instructors, who rent the studio,  e.g. Thursday evening Yoga or Monday morning Tai Chi will have to be settled with the respective instructor, those instructors might not be able to accept credit cards.

I hope this will make life easier for everybody and allow you to enjoy your fitness and health services even more.

I can’t say how much I appreciate reading something like this. It shows me that Karen (one of my colleagues and fellow Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainers) and myself are doing the right thing.

We want to emphasize – Quality over Quantity. Our Pilates and Fitness Classes are reasonable small with a maximum of 8-10 participants and we want to keep it like this, as mentioned in a recent post “Small Pilates Class – Policy in South Dublin Studio“.

Part of this policy is to have 15min “change-over-time” between fitness classes, e.g. Pilates takes place 6pm-7pm – so you get your full hour class, then we break and the next class starts at 7.15pm.
This allows you to ask questions or have a brief chat about something that is relevant to you.

I hope you enjoy the classes as much as we do, as we generally aim to get to know you that little bit more, so we are able to make our fitness classes more specific to your needs, goals and objectives.

Small Pilates Class – Policy in South Dublin Studio

Please keep in mind that there is a maximum number of 8-10 participants in our Fitnecise Studio Pilates Classes in our South Dublin based Studio. We keep participants numbers low to guarantee and provide that little bit more attention and quality.

We offer Pilates Classes and Courses since 2013, 10 years experience from which you benefit. We have worked on a one-to-one or 1-2-1 basis and group basis with various clients e.g.:

  1. Participants who just want Tone Up (mainly their tummies) and Improve Posture:
    Those are the majority of our group class participants, either during our Mid Morning or Evening Pilates Classes, often individuals who work often 8+ hours on a desk in a office or drive a lot and who’s back can be stiff from time to time, but done have any major back issues and just want to keep healthy and fit.
  2. Individuals with Back Issues and Back Pain
    (general tension or stiffness, minor spasms, slipped discs,  prolapsed discs etc.)
  3. Sport people – amateurs and professionals.
    Individuals who want to Stretch, Increase Flexibility, Mobility and Core Strength
    to improve their spot performance. We worked with the Men TCD Trinity College Rowing Squad and UCD University College Dublin – Ladies Rowing Squad in the past.
  4. Retired Individuals
    who aim to stay mobile, flexible, maintain strength and balance.
