We will run two once off Introduction to Pregnancy Pilates Classes at the end of November and mid December 2013, in our south Dublin based Fitness and Pilates Studio. We plan to start an 8 week Prenatal and Pregnancy Pilates Course early/mid January 2014.
Your Prenatal Pilates Instructor will introduce you to various Pilates movements and exercises that will make you pregnancy and delivery easier, through e.g. strengthening your pelvic floor and general core muscles.

Learn how to:
1. Offset the common physical stresses of pregnancy
2. Avoid the typical pregnant woman’s posture
3. Discover techniques to assist an easier delivery
