    Progression – Intermediate to Advanced Level Exercise
    Benefits: General Core and Upper Body Strength

    Mixed Level Core Strength and Pilates Exercise
    Benefits: Lower/Mid Back and Abdominal Strength Strength, Spine Stretch

    Progression – Advanced Level Pilates Exercise
    Benefits: Core / Back Strength (you need to build up to level
    over several courses)
  4. Jack Knife
    Progression – Intermediate to Advanced Level Core Strength, Pilates  Exercise
    Benefits: Lower Abdominal / Core Strength, a bit back mobility
