I’m going to start my next set of – Men Only – Core Strength and Pilates Combination Classes during the week of Monday 23rd July 2012, these are the last Men Pilates Classes before the general restart in September.

We target the major abs, back, obliques muscles – add in a good few stretches focusing to a big degree on the hamstrings (most guys have tight hamstrings – even if the play soccer, gaelic, football, hurling, ruby etc.), but won’t neglect stretching the back either.

I introduce various equipment like Foam Rollers, Pilates Rings, Medicine Balls, Gym / Swiss Balls and the small Pilates Balls etc. throughout the courses.

The classes will suit if you want to generally increase you core strength, flexibility, mobility or tackle certain back issues, no matter if you are actively involved in Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Running, Rugby, Soccer, Football …. or if you are tied to a desk most of the day through work and need a work on your posture.

The class is slightly faster paced than a general – mixed gender – Pilates Class.
