We are in the the middle of expanding our Fitnecise Studio. A big part of the old office will be used a class space – meaning you will have more space around you, as space was a bit tight for some of the classes over the last weeks before Christmas.
We will stick to our 8-10 class participant policy for our Pilates Classes – small quality Pilates classes where we use our usual Pilates equipment like Pilates rings/circles, Gym/Swiss balls, Gymsticks, foamrollers, resistance bands etc.
The studio expansion will also allow us to offer our other group fitness and exercise classes
for a more competitive, cheaper, better price as before and have a bigger variety of exercises and exercise stations for e.g. our Saturday or weekend Circuit and general Fitness and Exercise Classes.
