This service will be provided either via a phone, Skype or www.appear.in (no login or account needed) call. A call via the internet will allow me to show you exercises, movements etc. if needed.
This service is available for all current class participants.

9. a niggling lower back issue that you have
10. new ideas how to integrate being active and doing exercises into your day or week
11. suggestions for books about certain exercises, stretching, Pilates, Kettlebells etc.
